Born on June 9, 1992, Raed Ibrahim Saleh started his career with Al-Taliya Club sports club based at the age of thirteen. In 2006 Raed joined Al-Orouba Sporting Club known locally as Al-Marid, or "The Giant(s)" in Omani.
Raed spent six years with Al-Orouba making a total of fifty appearances. 
In 2008, Raed left Al-Orouba and joined Fanja Sports Club another club based in Fanja, Oman. 
National Team
Raed forms part of the first team squad of the Oman national football team. He was selected for the national team for the first time in 2012. He made his first appearance for Oman on 11 September 2012 in a friendly match against Ireland.
He also made appearances in the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification, the 2013 Gulf Cup of Nations, the 2014 WAFF Championship and the 2015 AFC Asian Cup qualification.
On 13 July 2013, he signed a contract with 2012–13 Oman Elite League runners-up Fanja SC. 
On 4 July 2014, he agreed a one-year contract extension with Fanja SC.
Saleh moved to European football, he signed a 2 year deal with Valletta FC on 14th July 2017.
