Karl started as a Physical Trainer with Mqabba FC. He spent two and a half years (2016/17 2017/18 2018/19) with Mqabba and then he joined Qormi FC in December 2018.
During 2015-2019 Karl was also a physical trainer with Valletta FC Futsal.
