Champions Valletta signed three foreign players yesterday. The three foreigners consist of midfielder Ikenna Hillary Paul, striker Djamel Leeflang and offensive midfielder Vladimir Savicevic.
Midfielder Ikenna Paul Hillary 23 has been capped 11 times by Nigeria. Ikenna was on the books of A.D. Camacha, a Portuguese football club from Santa Cruz.
22 Year old, Dutch striker Djamel Leeflang was on the books of Dutch club VV Haaglandia during season 2013/2014. The Dutch striker made a total of 12 appearances for the club and scored three goals.
Montenegrin offensive midfielder, Vladimir Savicevic also joined Valletta.
The son of former Milan stalwart Dejan Savicevic, began his career with FK Srem and in 2005 he joined Sloga Kraljevo. After two years with Sloga Kraljevo he was transferred to Fudbalski klub Mladost Lucani. An agreement was reached for the 25-year-old to join the champions until the end of the season.
