Valletta made a remarkable signing on the final day of the summer transfer window as they acquired the services of forward Bojan Kaljevic from Balzan.
Kaljevic, 32, has signed a three-year deal with the Citizens after both teams negotiated the deal for the past couple of days.
The Montenegrin forward has spent the past five seasons in Malta, first joining Mosta and Balzan, playing 132 games and scoring 83 goals in all competitions.
During his stay with Balzan, Kaljevic scored 63 goals in 93 appearances, including 4 goals in 8 Europa League appearances.
Kaljevic won the top scorer award during the 2016/2017 BOV Premier League season after topping the list with 23 goals.
