Valletta FC would like to announce, that after a committee meeting held yesterday, the said committee has accepted the decision of Head Coach Mr. Paul Zammit in stepping down from his post, after sending a resignation letter on Friday 26th May 2017.
Club President Mr. Victor Sciriha said that “Everyone at Valletta FC, would like to thank Mr. Paul Zammit for his work during the last two seasons with Valletta FC, helping the club winning one Premier League title, the Super Cup and qualify for the next round in the European Champions League competition during his spell with the club”.
On behalf of everyone at Valletta FC, we would like to wish Mr. Paul Zammit all the very best for his future and career.
Valletta FC President and committee also confirm that they have reached an agreement with Mr Zoran Popovic as new Head Coach for the club. The 52 year old experience Serbian coach will be signing a contract with the club in the coming days.
