Shaun Bajada joins Sliema W. FC Published on: 10-01-2013



Valletta FC yesterday announced that International midfielder Shaun Bajada has joined Sliema Wanderers on loan till the end of the season.

Bajada is a product of the Floriana FC nursery. He made his debut during the 2000–01 season.

Bajada spent four seasons with Floriana FC, making no less than 48 appearances and scoring three goals for the 'Greens' before he was transferred to Marsaxlokk on January 22nd 2005. With the Blues Shaun made a total of 43 appearances and scored six goals.

In January 2007, Shaun was loaned out to Msida SJ till the end of the same season, he made 11 appearances and scored one goal.

During the Summer Transfer Market of 2007, Shaun Bajada joined Birkirkara FC. During his first season with the Stripes, Shaun managed to win the U*BET FA Trophy and in season 2009-2010, Bajada formed part of the squad that won the third Championship.

In August 2012, Bajada joined Valletta FC and signed a five-year deal.
