Ryan Fenech joins Sliema Wanderers Published on: 06-01-2012
Valletta FC earlier today announced that International midfielder Ryan Fenech has joined Sliema Wanderers on loan till the end of the season.Fenech is a product of the Hamrun Spartans Nursery. He made his debut with the Spartans during the 2002–03 season. During that season Ryan notched up just six appearances for the Spartans and scored a goal.
This is Ryan's second spell with the Wanderers, as he was also on loan with the Blues in 2009 till the end of the season. He made his debut with the Wanderers on August 30 in a match against Qormi. Ryan made 24 appearances with the Wanderers scoring 2 goals. In January 2010, Ryan joined Valletta FC and signed a five-year deal.
