Valletta and Sliema Wanders meet on Sunday during the 7th Day of the BOV Premier League, kick-off 18:00hrs.
The Citizens lost the three points during their last match against Birkirkara. The Citizens are currently 4th with 12 points, having already lost against their two main rivals in their opening six games.
The Blues are coming from a (1-0) result against Floriana. Sliema Wanderers are passing from a positive run and are currently second with 14 points.
City’s mentor Mark Miller will have to do without defender Jason Vandelannoite, the Belgian defender is recovering from an injury received during the last match against Birkirkara. Defender Steve Borg is also missing for tomorrow’s match.
Sliema Wanderers coach Alfonso Greco should have full squad at his disposal.
During the last meeting between the two teams during Euro Challenge Cup, Valletta won the match (3-1), goals from Austin Obaje, Denni Dos Santos and Shaun Bajada.
