Preview: Day 5 vs Naxxar Lions Published on: 20-09-2013
Mostly half of the first round will be over after Saturday's match against Naxxar Lions. We will face Naxxar at the Hamrun Ground, not our most favourite pitch of all.
Naxxar are coming from some positive results, for a team that is making the debut in the premier league it is not bad at all that they have 7 points from 4 games. For tomorrow's match the Lions might not recover some injured players but, still they might be a good opposition.
From our side on the other hand, although not all the players are 100% fit, our Gaffer still has to rub his head positively for choosing the squad. This week we will welcome back Denni after a two ban game. There might be small changes from the team that was on the sheet last week against Qormi.
Although the team is not yet performing to the full the results are not that bad. We need you backing as usual; we need to hear your support as all this gives the players an extra gear. Tomorrow we need you there giving the team 100% support as we rely on you.
