Preview: Day 20 vs Rabat Ajax Published on: 25-01-2014
Tomorrow is the third last game of the second round. Rabat Ajax will be our next opponents for this fixture, before we meet the first placed B'Kara next weekend. The match will be played in Hamrun Ground at 16:15 Sunday 26th January.
Rabat are right now occupying the last place in this year's classification. Although the Ajax are in the extreme red zone, one must admit that they had some good games too. I believe that there is a great gap between us and a three pointer for us is a must from tomorrow's game.
As all of you are aware on Monday 27th of January two new people namely Ted Van Leeuwen (Technical Director) and Andre Paus (Head Coach) will be in the helm of our technical staff alongside Coach Mark Miller, coach Gilbert Agius and coach Ruben Debono.
For the Rabat game, there should not be many changes from last match as Denni Rocha Dos Santos and Jason Vandelannoite are still recovering from muscle injuries and not likely being back for tomorrow's game.
On the supporters’ side, I would like to see you all there at the Victor Tedesco Stadium giving support to our team as you always did. We must keep in mind that crunch time is with us and as from next week the big battle starts again. Be there with us and for us. The team needs you as much as we need every single player.
