Preview: 30th Match vs Sliema W. Published on: 28-04-2012

Not the same is for us Valletta. We shall be looking on this game as one of the last finals for this season. With Hibernians playing their game against Birkirkara a day ahead of us, we will surely be monitoring this encounter from close range and hoping that the Paolities will drop points from this encounter. If Hibernians draw this match against Birkirkara, a win against the Wanderers we will make us mathematically champions for the 21st time in the history of Valletta FC.
Coach Jesmond will be having all the squad available to give service for this very important match. Although we have not less than three key players with three yellow cards, there will not be any major changes in this week's starting eleven. The defensive quintet, most probably will be the same with Hogg in goal, Caruana, Azzoppardi, Panandetiguiri and Borg. Although Steve Borg was not 100% this week after suffering from a knee knock in our last match against Birkirkara. The midfield will be composed from the same group of players, most likely Mundu, Barbosa, Denni, Briffa and Zongo. After scoring the first goal of two against Birkirkara, Micheal Mifsud will surely look on this game with more positiveness than ever.... The MOSQITO is back on track.
In the end but not the less, YOU our most beloved supporters. Prepare yourselves for the coming weeks, weeks that we altogether will never forget. Last night I was wondering how come I will survive from these memorable celebrations that are waiting for us. This is my first experience in such coming celebrations and I am very happy to make part of you.
I can understand you more now how eager you are to start your celebrations, after a year of hard work to arrive till here, all of you will be counting the last few hours left for us to be crowned champions.
Most of the hard work we passed trough in the last 10 months will be changed into a feast of colors and happiness which only you VALLETTA supporters know how to adopt for.
