Minors Preview: Valletta vs Hibernians Published on: 03-05-2015

Tomorrow at the Centenary Stadium our Minors team will play a decisive game in their quest to become Champions once more. Hibernians won the 1st round match 2-1 after a good comeback in the last minutes while the 2nd round match finished 2-2 after Hibernians scored a late goal to avoid defeat.
The team led by Joe Grech finished on equal points with their direct opponent Hibernians after they both finished with 46 points, winning fifteen games, losing two while they finished once draw.
The team scored 49 goals compared the 58 scored by Hibernians as the Paolities conceded only 13 goals compared to the 16 goals conceded by the Minors team.
Despite that Hibernians are considered as favourites by many local spectators, one must keep these youngsters in their mind as they fought in every match to finish where they are now despite a large number of injuries trough out the season.
We wish the Minors team good luck and urge all Valletta supporters to come and support this team.
