Malta National U17s in Hungary Tournament Published on: 28-07-2012
As part of their preparation for their forthcoming competitive commitments, the Malta Under 17 squad will be travelling to Hungary to participate in a quadrangular tournament between 1 and 6 August. Hosts Hungary, Israel and another team still to be announced will play one another in what should be a very useful work-out for the lads under the charge of Branko Nisevic who is assisted by Carmel Scerri.
The players in the 18-man squad will certainly be given the opportunity to integrate into a collective unit while also honing their individual skills and obtain much-needed international experience.
The delegation will be leaving Malta for Budapest via Frankfurt on Monday 30 July and are due to return via the same route on 6 August.
