Re Appeal dated 06.01.14After examining decision taken by the MFA Disciplinary Commissionaire on 27.12.13 re Gilbert Agius suspension till 26.12.14, the Appeals Board after examining Referees report, witnesses and examined video evidence of the incident de qou, in merit of appealed decision, Board affirmed decision appealed, to suspend previous suspension of the MFA Disciplinary Commissionaire that of a one year suspension of Gilbet Agius and replace with a fine of €40 as first offence of Gilbert Agius and a 3 match touchline ban, due to the fact that he was shown a red card during the said match vs Naxxar.
Defense Counsel of Gilbert Agius at the Appeals Board sitting were Club President/MFA Delegate Mr Victor Sciriha and Club General Secretary Joe Attard.
