Valletta FC players Henry Bonello, Steve Borg, Ryan Camilleri, Joseph Zerafa and Michael Mifsud were chosen in the provisional squad of the National Team.
National coach Pietro Ghedin named the provisional squad ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against England, on 1st September at the National Stadium Ta' Qali and the 2018 World Cup Group F qualifying game against Scotland, on 4th September, at the Hampden Park, Glasgow.
