Denni Dos Santos re-joins Valletta F.C. for a second spell, after he agreed terms with the Citizens for the upcoming season. The Brazilian attacking midfielder already enjoyed four years with Valletta between 2010 and 2014.
Denni left Valletta in the summer of 2014 and joined Hibernians. Having failed to leave his mark with the Paolites, Dos Santos signed for Sliema Wanderers in January 2016.
Valletta have offered Denni a one-year contract that he is set to sign in the coming days.
Denni is the second second major signing for the Citizens, after registering Oman midfielder Raed Ibrahim Saleh. The 25-year-old signed a two-year contract and has already started training with the squad.
Both Denni and Saleh will not be forming part of the Valletta squad that will travel to the Netherlands, according to UEFA rules, clubs can only register players a day before the first leg.
