Valletta FC will not Tolerate unacceptable Conduct at all Football Stadia Published on: 07-02-2009

A detailed description of unacceptable conduct is set out below.
 
A person present at or immediate environs of an Official Match engages in Unacceptable Conduct were the conduct is violent and/or Disorderly.
Conduct is violent where there is (i) actual, attempted or threatened physical violence against a person or persons; or (ii) intentional damage to property.
 
Disordery conduct includes (i) conduct which stirs up sustains or is likely or designed to stir up or sustain, hatred or ill will against or towards a group of persons by; (ii) using threatening, abusive or insulting words or conduct; or (ii) displaying any writing or other thing which is threatening, abusive or insulting, especially Patron Saints.
 
Any person engaging in unacceptable conduct may be subject to any, or combination of the following:
 
Removal from the stadium
Suspension from attending Official matches involving Valletta Football Club
Indefinite ban from attending Official Matches involving Valletta Football Club
Report to the police and possible criminal proceedings
