Ton Caanen is new Valletta FC coach Published on: 02-06-2009
Club president Victor Sciriha announced this evening that Ton Caanen is the new Valletta FC coach. Caanen signed a three year deal with the Citizens. Caanen 43, will be replacing Paul Zammit whose contract expired last week.
The new coach will also be in charge of the youth sector within the club’s nursery. Caanen will arrive in Malta later on this month. Ton holds a Uefa ‘A’ Pro Licence and a KMVB Licence TC1-TC2-TC3.
