The U*Bet F.A. Trophy continues this weekend with four matches, all played on Saturday.
Valletta will be facing rivals Floriana tomorrow at 19:00hrs at the National Stadium. This will be the second match on the programme following the Hamrun Spartans vs Marsaxlokk match. The Citizens are currently second in the BOV Premier League table with 33 points; however the Citizens have a game in hand. Valletta are coming from a 2-0 result against Msida SJ while Floriana shared the spoils in a 1-1-1 result against leaders Hibernians last Sunday.
Coach Paul Zammit should have full squad at his disposal for tomorrow’s match.
Valletta and Floriana already met once this season, the Citizens won the three points (2-1), Ian Zammit scored twice for the Whites while Orosco Anonam reduced the gap for the Greens.
Floriana reached the quarter- finals of the U*Bet FA Trophy after eliminating Dingli Swallows and St. Patrick respectively.
