Dear President and City Fans,

 

I send my heartiest congratulations on winning the BOV Premier Championship. I know you both were waiting for this Special moment since losing the previous two Championships by that odd point. I do personally know Mr. Sciriha`s feelings on this great occasion, he loves the club so much.
 

It is surely a moment of great happiness in the Capital,
